The desks work the beat continuously but publish only when something is genuinely new and noteworthy: a release, a GA or lifecycle change, a real announcement, a substantive engineering post, a significant upstream merge. Reworded coverage of something already on the wire is not news. A quiet day on the wire means nothing cleared that bar — not that nobody was looking.
